Each month, teachers are given the opportunity to select one student for "Wildcat of the Month". Selected students usually are those who excel in several of the following areas: working hard to achieve their best in class assignments, displaying a positive and respectful attitude in class and out of class, participating positively in class, showing improvement in grades or behavior, or setting a good leadership example for others. These students receive a certificate of recognition. In addition, their names are displayed on the bulletin on the main floor. Parents of selected students will receive a lunch invitation toward the middle of each month explaining that their child was selected as the "Wildcat of the Month" and that they are invited to eat lunch with them as a way to celebrate their recognition. GO WILDCATS!!!
